As you can see the stock valve springs aren't going to handle much lift ! The patriot Dual valve springs and Titanium retainers will do the trick.
The passenger side exhaust lifter collapsed so it had to be replaced. And pulling the head was the easiest and quickest way of doing it.
Long Angle shot of my Stock Heads running pretty good for a car with 40 k miles.
Here is a large shot of the motor, You can see the new Dual Timing Chain and LS6 oil pump. I decided to get the extra parts because my car has 40k miles, and this way things will be running smoothly for a long time to come.
The Stock LS1 intake is on the left and the LS6 Intake is on the right !
